Capital Planning: We assist our clients in developing practical financial strategies so that they can meet their financial responsibilities for larger building projects such as roof replacements and equipment upgrades when the time comes.
Building Policies: We thoroughly review and implement each of our coop and condo client’s policies. WE assist our Boards in updating those policies as needed.
